  My son attended LBD from 5 months-11 months and he really enjoyed himself. He was happy to attend and the staff were very good about following any sort of specific directions/ special requests. They are understanding and professional. The facility is impeccable and the ratios seem low compared to other places. They show so much care for your child and do a good job communicating. The app is wonderful and is updated in real time.

  The owner and director Amy makes you feel like your child is a member of her family. Amy understood that I had a previous bad experience with daycare and I was very reluctant to leave my son with anyone. He had feeding issues and Amy made sure everyone was trained in pace feeding and meeting his unique needs. All of the teachers care very deeply for the children. When my son learns something new, they get just as excited to see him learn as I do. It’s really an incredible feeling to see how much love and care they have for all of the children in their care.

  Little BIG Dreams Daycare has truly been a wonderful experience for our family! From the moment we walk through the doors, we are welcomed by a team of incredibly friendly staff who genuinely care about the children.

A special shoutout to Amy, the director, whose passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the daycare. She creates a nurturing and vibrant environment that fosters learning and growth.

Jaylen absolutely adores his teachers, Miss Heather and Miss Alexandria. They are so attentive and creative, making every day a new adventure for him. It's heartwarming to see how much joy they bring into his life!

We also love the Brightwheel app they use to keep us updated on Jaylen’s daily activities. The pictures and messages really help us feel connected to his day, even when we're apart.

  If you’re looking for childcare with someone who will provide an immersive and nurturing environment, this is the place for you! Amy Rodrigues has built an incredible little center filled with teachers who are all so attentive and kind! Amy’s dream for the future of her center and expansion are so heartwarming and pure and you can see the genuine love she has for providing the best possible quality of care for children! Even upon walking into the center for the first time to tour it, the whole vibe was so much lighter and more positive than other centers I’ve had my children enrolled in! I am so excited for this journey under Amy and all of her amazing teachers! I can finally breathe easily knowing for a fact my children are in a center that will go the extra mile to make sure they feel included, safe, and loved!

  Amy took care of our daughter from age 2-5. She was always interactive, communicative and really showed interest in us as a family and encouraged the developmental growth of my child. I always knew she was safe and in good hands which was a relief during COVID and being a parent who had to work no matter what.   We love being part of the LBD family. My LO was welcomed with open arms his first day, actually I feel like our whole family was. Amy is so warm and loving. She wants the best for all the kids.   The owner Amy and her staff are absolutely incredible. I am a mom that really keeps a close circle and doesn’t let just anyone even babysit my kids. I trust them completely. Infant Program

Our infant room cares for infants 4 months old to 15 months old. We strive to nurture and engage each child with sensory exploration, music, play and art. We look to create a room for exploration of the world around them while supporting their social emotional and cognitive growth.

Toddler Program

Our Toddler program cares for children 16 months to 36 months old. Toddlers are encouraged to explore the world around them. We believe play should be a multi sensory experience and teaching should encourage a healthy sense of self and child engagement. Regulating our big feelings and learning how to play with peers is so important in toddler development. In our toddler program you will find a healthy mix of free-play and teacher led learning that creates a very fun environment to learn, grow and explore. Curriculum and themes along with rhyming, stories, dramatic play and sensory exploration , mindfulness and movement creates the perfect environment for friendships and imagination to grow.

Preschool Program

Our Preschool Program serves children ages 37 months to 5 years old. Our classroom curriculum and activities help foster creativity, imagination, problem solving and support areas of development for early learners. Our goal is to help these students become excited about learning. They will take part in classroom jobs, Morning meeting, curriculum and of course free play. All activities are geared to support their speech-language, social-emotional, fine-gross motor, cognitive, and life skills. We are hoping to make the transition from preschool to kindergarten smooth and exciting!

Amy Rodrigues

Hi my name is Amy Rodrigues. I am the owner and directer of Little Big Dreams Daycare and Preschool. I started working as a Mother’s Helper at the age of 12. I worked with medically fragile children over the years and fell in love with learning and working with young children. I grew up on an IEP and learned to navigate learning through the years. Learning is unique and different for every child. I hold a bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and my masters is in education specifically special education. I opened my home daycare in 2019 . I couldn’t find anywhere I trusted to have my young children. We have been blessed with amazing families over the years! I’m so excited to offer a supportive, warm, nurturing, loving, high quality center. We look at the whole child and look to be a support to the children and families within our community. I was a behaviorist, advocate, special education teacher, nanny , gymnastics coach, soccer coach,adjustment intern and my most important role a mom. I have two sons, ages 4 and 6. They had a lot of medical needs as infants so I understand the anxiety that comes with looking for care and leaving your children. We know your children are your heart. In my free time I love to go on family hikes, kickboxing, take trips to Cape Cod and go camping. Thanks for joining us on this exciting adventure! Miss Danielle

Hello, I’m Miss Danielle, a dedicated preschool teacher with nearly 4 years of experience and a valid EEC license for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Passionate about fostering growth and learning, I find my work incredibly rewarding. Beyond the classroom, I cherish moments with my family, enjoy reading, and indulge in shopping. While I don’t have kids of my own yet, I look forward to building connections with new families at LBD and continuing to support those I already have the pleasure of knowing!

Miss Alexandria

Hi, I am Miss Alexandria. I am one of the infant teachers at Little big dreams. I went to Curry college for special education for my freshman year. Now I am currently at Worcester State. I did switch out of education major to go into a double concentration psychology major. My double concentration focuses on mental health and development. I have always loved working with children and my dream is to become a special education teacher. I have worked at the summer camp at bridge center in Bridgewater. This is where i found my passion to work with kids and to help kids with all needs. Then i have worked at YMCA in southbridge as a toddler teacher. When I’m not at school. I am hanging out with my daughter doing anything we can do to keep busy!



Miss Nina

Hi, I’m Miss Nina. I have my infant, toddler & preschool certification as well as lead teacher and Director certification. I have worked with children since 2009. Before that, I worked closely volunteering with Girl Scouts and a charity event for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital along with babysitting for my 3 younger siblings. Fast forward to 2024; I have 4 children of my own, have a bachelor & associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, several leadership courses at the master’s level, and I have spoken at a few conferences and board meetings about social-emotional development. I am happy to be working here at little big dreams daycare and preschool
